Delete your BayitBridge account

You can request deletion here even if you no longer have the app. Sign in to verify ownership and confirm deletion. Your account and associated history are then erased automatically, normally within minutes and within 30 days unless a documented legal obligation applies.

What happens next

  1. Send the request.Sign in with your verified account email and open the deletion screen.
  2. Verify ownership.Use the normal secure sign-in flow. Never send a sign-in link or authenticator code to support.
  3. Review shared records.Confirm permanent removal of your account, personal records and associated shared history. Only a specific documented legal obligation can delay applicable erasure.
  4. Receive confirmation.We confirm when the request is complete.

Important: Your associated messages, edits, uploads and joint recordings are removed even where shared. Other parents keep their unrelated records; copies downloaded outside BayitBridge cannot be retrieved. The privacy policy explains these limits.

Sign in to record a deletion request

In the app, open Privacy & security → Delete account and personal data. The request is queued for automatic erasure. You can cancel only before processing starts. The email form below is an optional fallback if you cannot sign in.

This opens your email app with a prepared request. No information is sent until you choose to send that email.
