Delete your BayitBridge account

You can request deletion here even if you no longer have the app. During private beta, a support person verifies requests to protect family records from unauthorized deletion.

What happens next

  1. Send the request.Use the form with the email attached to your account.
  2. Verify ownership.We will reply with a safe identity-verification step. Never send your password or 2FA code.
  3. Review shared records.We explain what will be deleted, de-identified, or retained because another participant or a legal requirement applies.
  4. Receive confirmation.We confirm when the request is complete.

Important: Deleting an account does not automatically erase records that belong to another co-parent’s shared family history. The privacy policy explains these limits.

This opens your email app with a prepared request. No information is sent until you choose to send that email.
