Operator and agreement
BayitBridge is operated by Abraham Katz. Contact Katz.Abraham.J@gmail.com. These Terms apply when you expressly accept them. The Privacy Policy explains information handling. We record the version, exact document checksum and server time of acceptance; updated Terms require a new affirmative acceptance and are not applied retroactively.
A coordination tool—not professional advice
BayitBridge helps family members organize schedules, expenses, decisions, records, and communication. It is not a law firm, lawyer, beit din, rabbi, therapist, mediator, parenting coordinator, financial adviser, medical provider, court, law-enforcement agency, or emergency service. Information in the app is general education and may not fit your facts or location.
Court orders and professional guidance control
The app does not change a parenting plan, court order, settlement, halachic ruling, or professional duty. Users are responsible for following controlling agreements and orders and for obtaining advice from qualified professionals. If safety is at risk or urgent help is needed, contact local emergency services or an appropriate professional—not BayitBridge.
No decision-maker or dispute monitoring
BayitBridge does not determine who is right, calculate a legal child-support or alimony obligation, enforce payments or custody, arbitrate disputes, continuously monitor conversations, or guarantee that another user will cooperate. Amounts, payment records, calculations, reminders, suggested workflows, and future automated summaries are user-supplied coordination aids only. Users remain responsible for every decision and action.
Permanent records and edit history
Ordinary message corrections preserve visible edit history. Hiding a message does not erase it. Account deletion removes the departing user’s associated content, including shared messages and revisions, except where a specific documented legal preservation obligation applies. Other participants may have previously downloaded or copied material; BayitBridge cannot retrieve copies stored outside its service. Records are not guaranteed to be admissible evidence or retained forever.
Acceptable use
Do not use BayitBridge to threaten, harass, impersonate, stalk, exploit a child, violate a court order, upload illegal or sexually explicit material, distribute malware, or invade another person’s privacy. Limited safety controls may block or quarantine content, but they do not replace user judgment or professional intervention.
Trusted helpers
A proposed third party receives no invitation or access until both active co-parents approve the exact person, role, permissions, and expiration. Either parent may suspend access. Users are responsible for choosing appropriate helpers and for any professional engagement outside BayitBridge.
Travel notices and consent records
Parents may configure whether travel is information only, requires recorded notice, or requests written consent. When both parents separately accept a family-space travel-notice method, BayitBridge records delivery and acceptance between those users. A travel record or consent response does not guarantee legal sufficiency and does not replace a court order, legal advice, notarization, passport authorization, carrier rule, border requirement, or destination-specific document. Users must verify the requirements that apply to each trip. Any material itinerary change may require a new notice or consent.
Service limits and changes
The service is provided as available and may contain defects or interruptions. Features may be changed, suspended or removed for security, legal or operational reasons. Verify important dates, balances and records independently and keep copies you need. Calendar imports are selective; subscription feeds are one-way. External payment handoffs do not move or hold funds. Recorded calls require participant consent. Generative AI and in-app payment processing are separately gated.
Responsibility and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BayitBridge and its operator Abraham Katz provide the service as is and as available, without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. You remain responsible for your conduct, decisions and compliance with orders and law. To that same extent, BayitBridge and Abraham Katz are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, lost profits, lost opportunities or data loss arising from service use, interruption, inaccurate user content or another participant’s conduct. These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence or any liability or consumer right that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. No provision prevents a lawful complaint, court process or exercise of a non-waivable right. No agreement can guarantee immunity from claims.
Your content and lawful use
You are responsible for content you submit, for having authority to share it and for lawful use of the service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to reimburse reasonable third-party claim costs caused by your unlawful content or intentional misuse, excluding costs caused by the operator’s own wrongful conduct. This obligation is subject to mandatory consumer protections; it is not a blanket waiver of claims against the operator.
