A coordination tool, not professional advice
BayitBridge helps family members organize schedules, expenses, decisions, records, documents, and communication. It is not a law firm, lawyer, beit din, rabbi, therapist, mediator, parenting coordinator, financial adviser, medical provider, court, law-enforcement agency, or emergency service. Information is general education and may not fit your facts or location.
Court orders and professional guidance control
The app does not change a parenting plan, court order, settlement, halachic ruling, or professional duty. Users are responsible for following controlling agreements and orders and obtaining advice from qualified professionals. If safety is at risk, contact emergency services or an appropriate professional—not BayitBridge.
No decision-maker or dispute monitoring
BayitBridge does not determine who is right, enforce payments or custody, arbitrate disputes, continuously monitor conversations, or guarantee that another user will cooperate. Calculations, reminders, workflows, and summaries are aids only.
Acceptable use
Do not use BayitBridge to threaten, harass, impersonate, stalk, exploit a child, violate a court order, upload illegal or sexually explicit material, distribute malware, or invade another person’s privacy. Limited safety controls do not replace user judgment or professional intervention.
Trusted helpers
A proposed third party receives no invitation or access until both active co-parents approve the exact person, role, permissions, and expiration. Users remain responsible for choosing appropriate helpers and for any professional engagement outside BayitBridge.
Beta service limits
The private beta is provided as available and may contain defects or interruptions. Features may change or be suspended for security, legal, or operational reasons. Individual events can be copied to a device calendar, while automatic two-way syncing, payment movement, donations, and AI remain disabled until separately reviewed and released. File sizes and storage are limited.
Responsibility and legal review
To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, beta use is at the user’s own risk and BayitBridge disclaims implied warranties. Final limitation-of-liability, indemnity, dispute-resolution, governing-law, termination, and consumer-rights language must be reviewed by qualified counsel before commercial release; nothing here waives rights that cannot legally be waived.
